About Robyn

Robyn Stail

MA, LPCC     She/Her

Robyn is a Colorado therapist who specializes in helping men navigate chronic pain, chronic illness, stress, and burnout, especially when pushing through is no longer working. She provides online therapy for men across Colorado, offering a space that is direct, grounded, and free from judgment.

Many of the men Robyn works with are used to handling things on their own, managing physical pain, showing up for work and relationships, and trying to keep everything together despite what’s happening in their bodies. Over time, this can lead to frustration, isolation, anxiety, irritability, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. When pushing through stops working, it often means something deeper needs attention.

Helping Others

Robyn has a particular focus on chronic pain and illness, including the emotional and psychological impact that often goes unseen. She often works with men experiencing conditions such as chronic pain syndromes, stress-related pain, or ongoing health issues that have begun to affect their mood, relationships, or sense of identity.

She is currently pursuing advanced training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)—a research-backed approach that helps retrain how the brain processes chronic pain, often reducing symptoms when other approaches haven’t worked.

Her approach to men’s mental health and chronic pain therapy is collaborative and straightforward. Rather than just managing symptoms, she helps clients understand the patterns beneath the surface, how stress, pressure, and past experiences can interact with physical pain, and supports them in making meaningful, sustainable changes.

Finding Your Wisdom

Robyn understands that many men are used to handling things on their own, especially when it comes to pain, stress, or asking for help. Therapy offers a different kind of space: one where you don’t have to keep carrying everything by yourself. Many clients find it helpful to work with someone who brings a different perspective while still respecting their experience.

Her training at Naropa University informs an approach that integrates mindfulness, body awareness, and practical tools for change. Robyn earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and is currently practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado (LPCC).

She provides online therapy for men with chronic pain and mental health concerns across Colorado, making support accessible wherever you are.

If you’ve been carrying both physical and emotional pain on your own, you don’t have to keep doing it that way.
