My Approach

Chronic illness and pain are debilitating not only physically but mentally and emotionally. It can be unpredictable, isolating, and anxiety-provoking. Whether your symptoms are outwardly noticeable or invisible, they are often accompanied by shame and a mistrust of the body.

This disconnect with your body and the havoc it wreaks on your emotions is natural because your symptoms are very real. And you need to survive. But together, we can move beyond the struggle to just get by and build a new relationship to your body that allows you to thrive. An integrative, mind-body approach will give you the tools to reconnect with your body in a healthy, positive way and allow you to engage with your illness with strength and vitality.
